    Default Mary Poppins

    We borrowed "Mary Poppins" on DVD from the library yesterday. It has always been one of my favorite Disney movies. It is a wonderful family film. The music is great, and the animation and special effects are awesome, considering the movie was made in the early 60's. I loved it when all of the potential nannies got blown away (in the wind). Rent Mary Poppins. Watch it with your kids. Supercalifragilistickexpealidocious!

    I just love it when they jump into the sidewalk chalk drawing! Dick Van Dyke was WONDERFUL in this movie. I have renewed respect for him every time I watch "Mary Poppins".

    DD got the DVD for Christmas, and we all watched it together a few days after. The kids loved it! They sure don't make movies like that anymore!
