I wish Scott would carry a manbag as it would mean I didn't have to cart round his keys, wallet, phone etc etc!

I think we can safely say that it's not going to catch on as far as we're concerned. I asked DH if he would like a "murse" to carry his stuff round in (so I didn't have to) so he could look totally "metrosexual". Once he had recovered from the disappointment that I wasn't offering him a NURSE he declined - and not that politely.

But he did say I could have a new handbag if I wanted!

My DH allready carries more than he could fit into a Murse! He does not travel lightly through life. He rides his bike to work and has several bike bags full of stuff he carries with him. When we go out I often end up with a phone, Ipod etc. in my purse.

Dh carries a backpack loaded with stuff, floor plans, tape measures, phone, cigarettes, etc. I know there is no way he will use a murse. not a chance. he feels weird enough carrying a backpack! lol

    Heck naw my husband won't.

We live in a very urban area. Hartford, CT is also smack in the middle of Boston & New York City. A lot of men carry them out here. It seems to be a big trend with gay men for some reason.

I don't know if DH would carry one, but he does use a backpack sometimes. He is a student, and always toting books around. I see nothing wrong with a man carrying a leather messenger bag. What is the big deal? They have more than will fit into their pockets, with cell phone, sunglasses, PDA, etc. Put it in a bag! Heck put a skull and cross bones on the bag if you want to feel more manly!

Not hardly. Gripey hates it if I ever even ask him to carry my sunglasses in his pocket. I can't imagine him ever wagging around a purse....oops murse.
