I don't understand why he was let out either. Perhaps though from this story, tougher laws will be passed to keep sexual predators locked up. I live pretty close to an elementary school, which shouldn't bother me, but because of the quanity of sexual predators, I am always very cautious in the neighborhood of strangers and strange vehicles. It's no way to live. I wish there were tougher laws to keep them behind bars...

This is so sad. It illustrates that although sex offenders must register their home address, it they don't want to do that, they can move in and out of neighbourhoods and people have no clue about who they are.
I totally agree with you, Darlene. In the state I live in, they've changed the law relating to sexual predators. If the authorities believe they still pose a risk, they aren't released.

I'm with Darlene. I think sex offenderes should get the death penalty, after the first conviction.

The girl's mom lived somewhere a few counties away here in Ohio. It's been all over the local news. So sad.
