It's a beautiful day in Midland
There's still a bit of snow on the ground, but not much. It's currently about 62 degrees and sunny. Woohoo.
Went outside playing with the kiddos. They were building snow castles with the leftover snow.
Feels great to be outside without a winter coat on.
We played on the swings and poor Ally got a splinter. She was a real trooper and we got it out without a major ordeal. Phew.
Gabe's home today working on homework.
I'm taking a little break and then we're heading back outside for the afternoon.
Feels like spring has sprung here. I'm getting ready to go through my seeds and get sowing. Yeehaw.

Hopefully Spring is really settling in for you folks. It must be, it can't be far away now!
We had a nasty dreary cold weekend, but today it is 75 and nice, although it is windy. Maybe my garden will start coming to life!~~Jean~~

Sounds like a wonderful day Sara! I know that today we are having sun and supposed to reach mid 70's. Even if it doesn't get that warm, after 2 days of dreary rainy days, I am soooo loving the sunshine.

Have a terrific day!

Sounds like a lovely end of season day. I guess the kids get a bit stir crazy at the end of winter.
I meant to show you this before. It's a photo of those Christmas Bell seeds I sent you. Enjoy your seed browsing.

The flowers are beautiful. I better get planting.
They're perennial?

We had fantastic weather yesterday and Sunday...in the 60's. melted off all the snow we had, but the temps are dropping now, and a new cold front is comming in, supposed to storm later. And then this fri and sat we are expecting 60-70's

yep, they are perennial. Here's a link about their growing habit. They flower here at Christmas time. We are sub-tropical here but they also flower at my sister's place where it snows sometimes.
