Missing the LOST finale! Waaahhh!

I am beside myself because I am missing the LOST season finale! I'll be in DC with 266 eighth graders! Aaack! We don't get back to the hotel until 10 pm, so I can't even see it there!

Dh will tape it, but it's just not the same!

We never get to watch when it is actually on. DD is a night owl- she goes to sleep around 11-11:30 and gets up around 7:30-8, so we have o try to squeeze it in later. I haven't even watched the episode from Wednesday yet.

You DH IS going to wait and watch with you, right?

Aww Amy that is truly unjust. There ought to be some reward for taking 266 eighth graders on a field trip.

Enjoy your show when you do get to see it though.

Sorry you have to miss it. I'm taping it as well. I'll see some of it but I'll be flipping between that and American Idol and I don't want to miss a minute of LOST.

So how long will you have to wait before you can see it. (in other words how long do we have to keep quiet on here about what happens)

Yep...it's a 2 hour finale, all this Wednesday night. I'll hopefully be able to watch the tape Friday night. You guys can talk away...I just won't read any LOST posts until I've seen it!

I just double checked on TVguide.com. 120 minutes, this Wednesday. I also just saw a commercial for it. It looks GOOD!

The previews for it do look good don't they. I have my VCR set to record it weekly and as soon as it stopped taping Wed. I went on and cleared it out and changed the time to stop recording just so I wouldn't forget

I can't wait until Wed. It will be a big TV finale night.

I so want to see AI, so I am taping LOST (of course) and will flip back and forth between both.

There definitely should be a big reward for the trip you are taking!

Thank goodness for being able to tape it, but I know what you mean that it won't be the same as watching it on THE DAY.

It is on for an hour on Tuesday and 2 hours on Wednesday according to our TV Topics.

they are showing LOST: The Journey on Tuesday. Its where the give an overview of what's happened pn the island since the crash. It has bits and pieces of all the episodes so those that started viewing it late can learn about the characters.
