Today is the day I changed
my summer bed to a winter nest. It was very cold last night, got down to around 8 C. Brrrrrr. I know that's not cold in many other places, but for here, that's cold.
Anyhow, this morning DH asked me to put the electric blanket on the bed. He helped me do it before he went to work as it involves flipping the mattress and tying the e. blanket tapes down. I put on fresh flannel sheets, two extra feather pillows - these are for me as I like to pack myself in the bed in winter, and another quilt.
I'll be having a hot bath after dinner and jumping into that bed with my book around 7pm.

It seems so odd that we're just rolling into spring/summer and your temps are getting cold. Enjoy your cozy warmth.

Rhonda, your bed sounds SO cozy and a welcoming place to crawl into after a hot bath at the end of the day.
