    Unhappy Budget Living magazine

    Doea anyone think the budget in this magazine is kind of steep? I expected the magazine to feature more tips on daily savings. Anyone else disappointed or am I missing something

    Yeah, I don't really like it. "Have a party and only spend $250 on it!" "Look- you can get this shirt for only $40- it's a steal!"

    I don't know what planet these people are living on. I can get someone to cater a small party for that price, or I can cook myself for a BIG party for less than that.

    I don't really like it. And the feature that really bothers me is the one where they give some celeb money and tell them to buy a bunch of junk with it. It would be much more interesting if they just gave them $ to pople on the street and saw what they did with it instead. Do I really care what Mo Rocca, who certainly has enough cash of his own, buy? No, I do not.

    I agree.........I got it as a FREE subscription but I don't really think it is "budget" at all.

    My sub is a freebie as well. I've not been impressed with it.
