I didnt know that.I hadn't heard anything about him a few yrs and it was just that he was struggling with his weight and one time in the hosp...forgot what for.Originally posted by Kimberlina

he had a few stroke 2 years ago he won 4 music awards earlier this year and if memory serves me correctly him mother went in his place and accepted them for her son (I think he was back in the hospital at the time or just under the weather).

That is so sad. I remember seeing an interview with him once and thinking how nice he seemed and how humble.

I love his music, I was just thinking about his music yesterday, I heard a song and I thought of him and how much I have always loved his music and about getting a CD of his more recent music, thaqt is so strange that he came into my mind yesterday and today he is gone, but he is no longer suffering (I have seen how much with strokes with my nanny and grandpa) so I am glad and happy for his family and him on that part but not that he is gone, although someday he will again be with all his loved ones.
Very sad news to hear.
