    Question *UPDATED*What are you reading?

For some reason, I just couldn't get into The Covenant by Beverly Lewis, even though I loved the last book I read by her. So I brought it back to the library today. I am currently reading The Year of Pleasures by Elizabeth Berg. I am thrilled that she has a new book out.

    So what are you reading?

I read a lot of Young Adult Fantasy/Sci Fi books because they're lighter than adult fiction. Currently I'm reading "Castle in the Air" by Dianna Wynne Jones.

I'm trying to get started with Hitler's Jewish Soldiers but I've had it a week already and I'm not past the first few pages. I think the info in it will be very interesting, but the guy who wrote it did it as his doctoral thesis, I think, and it is pretty dry so far. I think it will be better further in, as he reveals more from his interviews with the mischlinge ("partial jews" as determined by Hitler's regulations.)

Two books: "Seven Up" by Janet Evanovich and "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer" by Mark Twain.

Both really good easy, reads. I tend to read heavier stuff in the winter because I have more time to spend since I'm indoors WAY more then.

I have a couple of books by Mary Hunt here borrowed from the library, but have been reading a book on being more assertive. lol I don't think I need to be much more assertive, but it has a lot of neat motivational content in it.

I also have Beach Girls by Luanne Rice that I am going to read once I finish Apollyon (hopefully before the miniseries starts on Lifetime at the end of the month)

I just finished "Sex With Kings" about royal mistresses the other day. It was fascinating! Now I am reading "Lara" by Bertrice Small. I also have one of the Good Old Days books going called "Country Wisdom".

I'm reading 'Crossing Over' by Ruth Irene Garrett. It's the true story of a woman who left her Amish community and crossed over into modern life. A really interesting read

Earlier this week I finished reading 'Because of Winn Dixie' by Kate Dicamillo, it was a nice light read and I believe they have made a film adaptation of it as well.
