hate to whine but...
It's another scorching day here in MI. Where is all the rain they forecasted? ugh It's already 80 and it's not even 9am.

I feel your pain, Sara. It's 78º here with 85% humidity. It's overcast as though it's going to rain, but they've been forecasting thunderstorms here for the past 5 days, and we've only gotten a sprinkling.
According to weather.com, we have the same weather, only it's sunny where you are. If it's going to be this hot & humid, I'd appreciate the sun being out, kwim?

Yes, truly gross out! I am in Philly, PA, and this weather is just not quitting. They say it's going to be like this for at least the rest of the week! I think I'll take my son to the pool tonight.
I was outside yesterday at a picnic/family reunion. How miserable! We went in the pool, though, and then I felt better, but later it started to rain. I say bring it on! I usually hate rain because it's depressing, but this heat is more depressing. I dread going to get in my car later on. I always leave the window open a smidge to vent the heat that builds up. Let someone steal the car if they're going to!

Dh & I got up at 5:30am and it was already (still?) 83* in the house. The weather is supposed to break soon, but I think I may melt first.

I am in Alaska for a few weeks, and weather sunny and beautiful, in 70s. Return home soon to Texas though, will be super hot and humid there for sure!

This has been the most miserable summer heat & humidity wise.
Come on Fall!

Ack! Darlene, don't do that!!! I can go in he pool to cool off, but the heating bills are going to be crazy this winter!!! DH is getting ready to pre-order pellets for our stove, and I suspect even with an oil budget plan, we are going to have to put our bed in the family room again....

I hope it's a mild winter.
Glad to hear you got in a budget plan!
