Hi Andrea

I'm trying to convince someone to go with me to see them in Boston (Dec. 9th). DH hates concerts, so I need to find someone else!

Hmmm! My Birthday is on the 6th!
Why doesn't DH like concerts?
The farthest DH & I traveled to see a concert was NJ to see BOSTON then got into a car accident since all the traffic came to a complete STOP someplace in the Bronx the people behind us crashed into the back of our Hyundai since they weren't paying attention & driving there Nissan Sentra a bit too fast to STOP. Nobody got hurt & we got to the concert a bit late.
Another time Upstate near Auburn Hills DH friend lived in a group home & she loves John Cougar Mellencamp so we all went to a few of his concerts. I think one was in Glens Falls, NY.
I haven't checked how close he's going to be in NY yet! I know Patty & I was discussing this the other day saying she's never been to one of his concerts either.
It would be great if we all went to see him in BOSTON together.
I keep bugging DH to go out to MA I want to meet my UPS guy friend Josh I have been talking to for a few years now
Yeah it would be great to finally give him a great big
he's been soo helpful! It's funny when I made up this screen name he's like ohh wow that's kewl.... many people take it as another meaning
DH says it's too far to drive. His brother lives in Springfield so I said we can visit him too
He just moved this past year a few towns away. I forgot the name. We usually get to see him when he comes out for Christmas, etc. since he's been busy @ his salon. I need to visit that too
Years ago when DH & I went to HAWAII his brother permed my hair & it's was soo pretty.
I had another friend who lives in Methuen but she never emails me anymore...unless it's a AOL problem w/my emails getting to her. I sent her a birthday present from QVC & never got a thank you but checked the UPS tracking Z# & it was delivered. Last I knew her DH had to find a new job since he got laid off.
I told DH he can go to a NASCAR race in Loudon, NH then maybe I can meet Josh he saw Tony Stewarts car going through his town he doesn't live far from there I forgot what town in NH but works in MA I guess around the border of the two.
BON JOVI gonna sing again in a few minutes!

Small world...I live in the town next to Methuen

He doesn't like crowds and the rowdiness.
Yeah every time I see your user name, I read it as "Up yours"
The first time I saw it, I was like :surprise:

I had to miss it. Oh well. Too much chaos going on today unfortunately with a myriad of issues. Ugh!

Sorry you missed it, Kim.
If it's any consolation, he talked about pretty much the same stuff as when he was on Oprah. They performed "Have a Nice Day" and "Wanted Dead or Alive" (one of my favorites)
I'm sure they'll have more appearances since they're touring

Oh!
Josh worked @ The Burlington Mall awhile ago. He liked the Crabtree Evelyn girl he'd be IM'ing me on his T-Mobile Side-Kick & tell me about all the stuff she'd give him to try
Yeah... talk about crowds my DH doesn't like them either that's why we hardly ever go into NYC to see the Thanksgiving Day Macy's parade or the 4th of July fireworks & almost forgot Christmas Shopping he can't stand shopping in the crowded malls.
I've never been to the city on New Years Eve to watch the ball drop. Because it's too crowded & now w/all the crazyness in the world. I'm not sure if I'll ever get to go
I have been to a few concerts only bad thing was a few people smoking pot which the smell annoyed me. I think this was @ an Ozzy Osbourne concert @ Nassau Coliseum around Christmas.
Going to Jones Beach Theather I needed a Dr.'s note for my water bottle or they wouldn't let me carry it in. Thinking I'm going to throw it away & hit someone w/it since I had ice in it. & another frozen bottle of Poland Spring water which the cap wasn't totally sealed since I froze it part of the way then filled it up w/cold water.
if they thought I poured an alcoholic drink into it I think they should of smelled it.
Meanwhile as I get argued w/my water bottle, my DH & his friends decided to put freezing cold cans of beer in there jeans & weren't searched so DH was a bit annoyed waiting there for me to go back to my EXPY to leave my water bottle. So I got 2 other water bottles (not as cold) that were still sealed & there's a limit 1 bottle per person so I handed DH one of them & smiled @ the guy.
as I walked by
Here's a pic on on Jovi from the tv this morning....
sorry it took awhile but my camera's battery had to get charged outta the camera.
