Anyone else see the season premier? What did you think?? Bree is really off and very controlling. The new neighbors

I've been waiting for the season premier, glad I didn't miss it. I could'nt believe they gave out so much information, loved it. I don't watch much t.v. (due to so much violence). Got hooked on this show, can't give it up. They surely don't look so desperate the way they dress and all. Loved the part where Nannette (not sure if spelled correct) changed diaper while having an interview. Now that's what I'm talking about DESPERATE..Real life!!

I missed DH so much!!! Lynette is my FAV!! Bree is a control FREAK in the worst way..lol..The new neighbors son is HOT HOT HOT! ( Ifeel kinda naughty cause he can only be in his early 20's..)
I felt really bad for Susan..An who do you think ole Gabby's baby daddy is??? Im gonna bet it is Carlos..

Man did I miss my show! Between DH and Lost...I am a happy camper they are both back!!

I bet it's not Carlos' either! And how do you think that Bree's husband died? I think that the switching of his medicine did it.
Do you think that the new neighbors husband is the one in the basement?

I think this is going to be a great season!

I think in the basement is the abusive husband of the new neighbor. The law wouldn't help them, so they had to help themselves.

Odd ?--Does anyone ever feel that the "teens" on the show are pretty much way outclassed/outdressed, etc by their folks? Geez, I mean, Teri Hatcher does NOT look like that girls mom in the slightest. They make the kids look so "plain" and the moms so glamourous.

Now that you mention it, the kids do look like plain Janes compared to their "Mothers"

Yeah, the kids are plain-- but if they dressed the kids up like their moms, they'd probably get complaints about dressing teenagers too sexy on primetime tv.

I'm really curious about the new neighbors-- I think the husband is too obvious, and they'll throw some other plot twist in there. Maybe it's Paul Young?

Lynette changing the baby at her interview was great-- and I loved the line-- something about "ok, this is me multi-tasking".

Bree changing Rex's tie like that-- yanking him up out of the casket-- was just too funny. Talk about a control freak!

I like Lynette to. She's more "real" than the others. And I guess I can relate to her. Having 4 kids is rough and how she's always busy and never gets rest,is like me lol

I think the person in the basement is a woman. For some reason the hand looked like a womans hand lol Maybe I'm wrong...we'll have to see. It's gonna be a good season!

I loved the bit with Bree hoisting up her dead husband to change his tie, then walking right straight out after complimenting him on how nice he looked.

I like the show. I am also wondering who belongs to "the haaaaaannnnnnnnnnnddddddddddd""

Who will fall into the cellar and be traumatized by the bodiless hand???????

I'm betting Susan will fall into the secret somehow, being the klutz she is, and probably at the worst possible moment for the woman and her son. They seem a bit sinister too.

My DH was really annoying me yesterday while I was cleaning, doing laundry, I'm not allowed to wash the dishes when there's other house work to be done (nothing is perfect for him) As I'm watching DH last night & that scene where Tom has the dishes piled up I had to laugh about this since my sink would look like that if I never got to

DH can never understand how we get sooo many dishes to wash

I didn't get to record DH last night since DH was being a PITA following me around the house (except for the basement when I was doing

he doesn't go down those stairs because of hip/knee problems)

My DVD recorder is upstairs in our old bedroom which is now a living room since our downstairs LR turned into a BR. I don't have any in the kitchen (my usual daytime tv viewing spot)

DH doesn't like watching certain shows I like to watch & for some reason last night he was still awake I can't believe he didn't fall asleep & actually watched EMHE but also flipped back N forth to some drag racing he was watching. Mostly during commercials, then when DH was on he was being spiteful & leaving his racing on a bit longer. I decided I'm going into the kitchen to finish watching DH since I can't deal w/the flipping especially when I have a slight headache....still have it now! Then he yells @ me saying I'm not allowed to watch tv in the kitchen & he'll watch tv whatever way he wants. So I missed some of the show.

I gotta set the dvd earlier next week. Only problem w/that is all the ready-set programs to record if I don't have the cable box on the channel I want recorded then I'll be recording a different show

Last weeks DH has my other soap on it since I forgot I wanted to record PASSIONS but never changed the channel or take out the DH dvd

so PASSIONS never recorded since it was still on channel #7 not 4 but I recorded One Life to Live (I usally watch this on SOAPNET! I catch up on the weekend.)

I loved last night's episode. I couldn't believe Bree slapped her mil! of course it was to calm her, not out of malice,lol.

I couldn't believe she slapped her either.. and how about the "lies" the new neighbor told Susan about the noise?

I couldn't believe Bree either. She is in denial.
The new neighbors are strange, haven't figure them out yet. Susan surely gets her self into some messes, I think she'll do some snooping around. And get her self into another mess.
I loved Lynettes little plan. Most men don't realize how much work it takes to run a house.
Gabby had a point why change your body image to make someone else happy!
