Question Anyone read Jan Karon before

    http://www.mitfordbooks.com/index.asp

When I worked with the owners wife last week she was reading one of last books in the series and told me that since I like to read and since I was from NC that I should check them out.

I am still in the middle of book 6 from the Left Behind series, but checked out the first book in the series At Home In Mitford Friday while at the library. I'm going to take it with me to work tomorrow and try to start reading it if I have time.

I was just wondering if anyone else had read anything by her before.

Kathryn, I've read the entire Mitford series and enjoyed it very much. The books are easy reads; simple, happy, even inspiring stories. I hope you enjoy them.

Kathryn, I really enjoyed these books as well! I could just picture the town of Blowing Rock as I read these books. They are also fun to listen to on audiobook!

She really brings the characters to life. You'll find yourself knowing them all very well and will be wishing you could pop in for a visit.
