LANCASTER RULES OUT POST-PREGNANCY DIET

ROD STEWART's heavily-pregnant fiancee PENNY LANCASTER refuses to embark on a dieting regime after the birth of their child.

Lancaster is expecting to go into labour in December (05) and plans to let her body resume its natural shape in her own time.

She says, "I'm not going to do any silly diets, my body will do what it wants to do. I don't feel any pressure to get back to the way I looked."

Rod and Penny planning second baby


She may not have popped out the first baby yet but pregnant Penny Lancaster is already planning her second baby with fiancé Rod Stewart.

The couple are expecting their first baby in December but it looks like plans for a large brood are underway.


She told Hello magazine: "Rod is already talking about baby number two and saying: 'If this one's not a girl, then maybe the next one will be.'

"Two would be nice."
