This makes me so livid. I know that they say they are going to have 3 billion dollars to help people purchase converter boxes but I know that by the time it rolls around the money will have been diverted somewhere else and there are going to be lots of elderly people on fixed incomes who's only form of entertainment is their television who can no longer watch it because of the change.
