    Angry Another Escaped Prisoner

    http://www.tricities.com/servlet/Sat...=1128768050831

This one was working just a few miles from where I work when he walked off the site yesterday morning

As of the latest news updates they still haven't found him.

I had a bad migraine so I left work at 2 yesterday and went to get Paige and went home and crashed til this morning, but apparently after I left Chelsey got an automated call from the Sherriffs dept with his description and about went nuts for the rest of the evening.

Now they think he's a town over hiding out with family, and some think that he is out of the state altogether. I really hope they find him and find him fast.

Why would you EVER let a dangerous criminal out of the prison on a work crew?????? The person who made that decision has obviously never been touched, personally, by violent crime. I can't imagine ever thinking to myself, "hey, that guy who rapes women at knifepoint- he would be a really good candidate to leave the prison and be under pretty minimal security. Let's make plans for that to happen."

And since when is raping a woman at knifepoint not a violent crime????????

My SIL was raped, not even at knifepoint, and it was an extremely violent crime.

I hope they find him soon, I hope that he has left our area...all my doors and windows are looked up tight!

Apparently the guy was just in jail only for burgerly and raped a woman after he walked off of work detail.....once they catch him he will be looking at some hard time.... they said on the news tonight that there was only on man watching 15 guys. They also said that he was up for parole in Feb and would most likely gotten out then, so they have no idea what happened to him to make him run, rape a woman at knifepoint, steal her car, jewels and cash and take off..... people are crazy.... I hope they find him soon...

Kim, what a awful thing for you sil to go through, my heart goes out to her....

I completely missed the wod "after" in the first sentence of the story.

So, he raped the woman he tied up?

Whatever happened to chain gangs? And one man watching 15? That is just shouting, "hey, criminal, just walk away. No one will ever notice."

    Grrrrrrrr.

and to think he was up for parole on Feb. and most likely would have been released

I'm hoping he is long gone from the area. Luckily, I wasn't alone after dark at work tonight, as Joe was there with Paige from when he picked her up until I got off.
