    Default EEEkkkk!!!

    My mil just called and said there was a double homicide on a street not to far from ours in the last hour. She didn't have anymore details. I just heard/saw the police chopper go over the house with the search lights on....

    Its crazy when you are scared to be in your home....our city is not a bad crime area but lately its been one thing after another.....what is this world coming to?

    Make sure you take what precautions you can! Keep safe.

    We live close to a interstate and several times, because our neighborhood is close to an off ramp, we've been witness to police chases as they come off the interstate up our street. It is scary, and we also have police helicopters buzzing overhead at least once a month. Pretty unnerving.

    I agree Cornelia, stay safe.

    My hubby came home a couple days ago from running errands and said in a semi-rural area that he drives all the time (hates the interstate) there was a drive by shooting! There is nothing there but homes, a fire station and a church! It is getting scary.
