I went and joined not one but two book clubs!! Why do I do these things
Books are my vice and I'm weak, weak, weak
At least I've already bought the one book I needed to for one of the clubs so I don't have to get anymore there and will cancel that one. The other one is a mystery one and my favorite reading so...

Although I love to read, joining book clubs doesn't work for me as I never seem to be able to cancel the current selection on time and I end up with books I do not want. Also when I cancel I still end up receiving books I do not want as the companies say they did not receive my cancellation notice.

I'm sure you continue to join as you love to read and it sounds like such a good deal to get so many books for $1.00. I'm sure it must work well for some folks but not for me.

I've joined several lately now that you can decline selections on-line it's not a problem.
