Cinderella Man
Anyone else seen it? I happened to catch it when it was out in theatres. Truly inspiring and a wonderful movie. Then again, I'm a big fan of Ron Howards' movies and a big fan of Russell Crowe. Based on a true story and set in the Depression era. Wonderfully written!
In keeping with this forum, I liked the way the story really touched the heart of the Great Depression, it was as if you were there living it with them. I know some have got it hard now. Yet, so very many had it so much harder then. It makes me very grateful for being so fortunate. And it also makes me realize that something could change in our great country to cause another such depression, it's happened once. Maybe I'm just melancholy.
Anyways, if you haven't seen it and are looking for a good movie to watch over these next snowy nights, I HIGHLY recommend!
Bring on them baby steps...
