Have you ever gotten burnt out on a author?
Seems like I have gotten burnt our on a couple. I used to read Stephen King, but finally had enough. I have been reading Anne Rivers Siddons books for years. But recently I got the newest one from the library and I just can't get into. Maybe I am just sick of the Southern belle angst stories - I don't know.
Do you ever get tired of an author?

Oh yeah--- I used to read all of Grace Livingston Hill's books. After a while they got so predictable, I could tell you the ending without reading the books -- poor, nice , religious girl meets unchurched, rich, boy-- they fall in love- he converts and they live happily ever after.
I'm pretty tired of Sandra Brown at this point too.

Absolutely Stephen King. I used to love every book he wrote and would rush to the library to get on the list to be the first to read them when they received them but I got so burnt out on him that I have not read any of his in ages.
