    Default Has anyone read

    *I know this much is true* (Wally Lamb)?

    I am having a heck of a time getting into this book. I read his other one *She's come undone* which I thought was pretty good. But this one....I don't know. I'm on page 187 and still strugging and it's like a 900 page book. Normally, I'm a very fast reader, but this one has me only reading a few chapters, then I put it down. Usually, I read a book pretty much clear through.....very quickly, without stopping.

    I tried. Like you I just couldn't get going and I eventually took it back. Life is too short and there are too many other books for me to read, IMO.

    I actually enjoyed the book quite a bit. It started slow but got better quickly

    I read that book a while ago. If you keep going, you'll find it gets really good! I loved that book.   I know it's hard to get into at first.  Usually I stop reading too but for some reason I couldn't with this book.
