Ok not only are Gripey and I old, we are pathetic.....lol.
Does anyone else have certain shows that you watch on almost every night of the week?
If so, do you record them if you can't be home to catch them when they air?
It's so bad around here I know that I have to have supper overwith and cleaned up by 7 so as not to miss a second of the heartstopping waves! And now with the Olympics horning in...I'm not sure I'll have time to do supper!! (weeelllll, on the upside that might work to get me off this plateau that I'm stuck on....rofl).
Please tell me I'm not alone.......

LOL, you are not alone. When I am off work I have my evening line up of television that I watch also. I am going to keep the recorder hopping soon though, I am going back to working nights so I will miss my regular shows, I have lots of tapes ready though.

I have recently been watching alot of Court TV. I am loving those shows. Normally we don't watch alot of TV, its usually on for some background noise, but here lately I find myself, hands full of clothes, standing in front of the TV watching. I find if I'm not sitting down to do it then I am still doing what needs to be done around the house

I have my shows that I can not miss - Gilmore Girls on Tuesdays, with Amazing Race (when it's on) and The Shield following. And on Sundays I am loving Grey's anomoty (sp) this season. The rest of the days I can take it or leave it. I try to limit myself to only one day of tv so that I actually go out and converse with living humans the other days lol. (BF works nights, so It's just me and the dogs every night)

I do. I absolutely hate to admit it, but I do. By eight every night, the kids are in bed (not so that I can watch tv, but because they are little and SHOULD be in bed by 8!) and Rob is usually downstairs checking his e-mail. I settle in, and have something that I watch from 8-10, basically every night.

I guess I am in the minority here. I do watch "The Simpsons" on Sunday night, but other than that, I don't have any regular shows. If the TV is on, DH is watching the Sci-Fi channel, or we are watching the Science channel. Most of the time the TV is off around here.
