Anyone watch Crossing Jordan?

Did anyone watch this last night? I haven't watched it for awhile...so I had no idea what the deal was with the foster child thing. Anyway....I'm no expert and not a foster parent...but it just seemed so lame. First, she decides to apply to be a foster, and they give her tons of paperwork to fill out, and then immediately call her for a home visit (like the same day???) so....in Boston there is no back log and they'll just show up to do a home visit the day you apply? And the girl is 14...they show Jordan's kitchen which has a whole corner that is basically an open bar. A whole assortment of liquor of all sorts, just setting on the kitchen counter? Yeah...that's gonna go well with a troubled 14 year old. And all they asked her about is her job??? These shows just drive me crazy!!! It seemd like such a poor portrayed of the foster system, in general. Again..I know nothing about the criteria or anything else involved...but geez....this was just really dumb.

I watch it sometimes, I didn't watch it last night though, I fell asleep at like 9:30pm, I was exhausted.
