Default Anyone Watchng Texas Ranch House on PBS?

Not sure when this series started. But I caught it from beginning to end today. I can't believe how much I loved this show. I also agree with the assessors concerning the management of the Ranch House.

I caught a couple episodes of it last weekend when it was on and I really enjoyed it. Even DH who is not much a television watcher enjoyed it.

Yes I loved it and I agreed with the acessment too!! The cooke family was too laid back and yes this the 21st century, but Mrs. cooke had way to much say, and ithise days she wouldn;t have. And walking around in her undies, that was funny!! I couldn't get over how they left the dishes out so long and just layed around. lol The boys should of respected the cooke family too, but they start on agood foot.

I watched a few episodes, adn I loved it. I agree with the final assesment and I think those girls did not do a good job. They layed around all day and that would not of been allowed in the old days. And to leave a dish unwashed for 8 days!!! How gross can you get - tell me what were you doing in those 8 days that you could not clean out a dish filled with grease and flies???

    Charlene,
Pioneer Quest looks really interesting. I like how you are told what the particiants are doing now. I never watched Colonial House--I guess thought it would be boring. If it is repeeated, I will definately make sure that I see it.
Yep. Mrs. Cooke really did have too much to say. Her husband lost a lot of points in that area.

    Hey, Mandi,
I guess everyone was hanging around in their undies. Very strange and icky.
Isn't odd how they were so surprised when they recieved a poor assessment. I would have been thinking, "Boy this place is a sty, let me clean up and maybe they won't give us a zero."
