    It's interesting that an employer would advocate this, but I also think it's rather insensitive on their part. amazing.

    Well there's an out and out slap in the face. Geez, maybe they should shred their clothes and drill holes in their shoes too! I wonder if they have a supply of cardboard boxes in the back for them to live in as well?
