No kidding, I have seen the birth certificate, my hubby was 14 lbs 1 oz when he was born. His sister was close to 11 lbs. Thank goodness they were both c-sections.

Man!! What a huge child! I saw a 9 month old yesterday that was the size of a 1 year old. He was so long, and wasn't really very fat at all.

My goodness, that was a big boy. I bet that poor Mom feels like she gave to a toddler. He is a cutie though.

WOW! My kids were both preemies.... 4lbs 12oz, and 3lbs 10oz. There was a 10lb baby in the Special Care nursery next to my daughter once, and we couldn't belive how huge that baby looked compared to her. I can't imagine a bigger one!

~Wow! Did you see the part about the 8.5lb twins she also carried?17lbs of babies in there. OUCH!!! My son weighed in at 8lb 8oz and my daughter at 7lb 15.5oz. My body knows how to grow a good baby! But then genetics take over and they become skinny toddlers! I think I have the scrawniest children in the world. The 'moose' in the story may grow up very slim because birth weight can be very misleading, JMO.

I can't even imagine how a baby could get that big in only 9 months. She must have been just as big as 6 months as most women are when they are full term. Hopefully it isn't some sort of genetic problem like gigantism or something like that. Cute baby though!
