uh just who did they talk to..i eat chips use cc(pay off each month) ect.

Guess we don't fit the profile lol
we're:
25 & 27
DH is quite skilled (worked for the U.S. State Dept)
we dine out on occasion
definitely surf the internet (a GREAT source of frugal tips!)
Dh plays lots of computer games
We purchase on the internet (we look at many sources before purchasing)
We do not listen to any type of music they listed
We drink soda, eat chips, lots of cheese (and here cheddar IS an import)
Definitely not brand loyal
But there are a lot of things on there that we do fit. The study seems to be a bit old too. The newest source quoted was from 2002.

Frugal consumers are LESS likely to shop on the internet? I find internet shopping a great frugal tool for getting low prices.
