I loved it! It was so quirky and fun. One of the girls I work with and I do the dance around the lobby when there are no customers there.

that's about the only time I laughed (her dance). I was disappointed--too much hype maybe?

We watched Little Miss Sunshine before all the hype. A friend of mine suggested we watch it. We loved it and thought it was very smart and funny and moving. I didn't really think of it as a comedy as much as a movie to make you feel something.

Loved it! But, then, I like movies that are a little bit off!

I was kind of disappointed. So many woman at the gym I work at told me how good it was, so I couldn't wait to see it. The arguing with each other really got to me. I did enjoy the end with them dancing tho.

I went into this movie with the same expectation I had for Napolean Dynamite. I didn't expect it to stun me, I just figured it would be quirky fun. And I thought it was. Still love Napolean by the way.

Dh and I liked it, I probably liked it a little more. I like atypical movies and it made me laugh out loud several times. Napoleon cracks me up too.

I do get and liked the over all jest of it all. Ha ha, every family has it's issues.

But am I the only one that has a red flag waving? The fact that it was ok to have a known horney stoner grandparent that spent so much time with a female child. That it was ok, not even questioned that they should be in the hotel room alone. Then ultimately unbeknownst to everyone else he was the one that choreographed a kiddy strip tease.

No, I did wonder about that, too. I sort of forgot about that until now. I think I remember feeling OK because the ending was good. I don't know now. The whole family was so dysfunctional that it probably shouldn't be surprising, but you are right. I do remember feeling kind of uneasy with that scene.

I thought it was nice to see a movie where a little girl could spend time with her grandpa without anything bad happening to her. Thats how it should be.
