Maryknoll Mission Letters from China
Abounding Grace by M. Scott Peck
The Simple Living Guide By Janet Luhrs
All three came from a neighbor who was thinning out her book collection.
So far the Mission Letters is really intresting, had to drag out my Atlas to find some of the cities they are traveling throught.

The Bible
I'll finish up:

The Grammar Bible
And on my long cross-country flights I'll read:
Hard-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World (novel a friend gave me)
The Magic Lantern guide for my digital SLR camera
Maybe I'll even make it to:

I'm going to be reading Grab Onto Me Tightly As If I Knew The Way -- the library called yesterday to say that it's on hold for me! Has anyone read this? It was recommended by a friend as "unforgettable" and "powerful", which probably means I'll spend 3 days crying.
I've also got about 8 books on homeschooling to pore over.... and my new Singapore math curriculum for next year should be arriving soon as well!
Woo hoo!

Just bought Moby Dick the other day, and the Bible.
Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we are here we might as well dance.

The Children of Hurin - J.R.R. Tolkien
This is at the top of my (ever growing!) stack. I read at least 2 books a week -not counting my daily Bible reading and the constant children's book avalanche ("Read us another one, Mommy!").
