    Did anybody catch Oprah taday.I dont want to ruin it for anybody who hasnt seen it but I laughed so hard I nearly peed my pants and the cried lol

    Her and Gail went to a spa .They did exercises that were suppose to make you feel free and let go of demons in your life. They were hoisted up in the air and when they let go they went swinging through the air and Gail had trouble letting go and Oprah was just laughing so hard.They showed them doing a bunch of activities.It was so funny and inspiring at the same time
