I chose fiction because that is the main thing I read but I do occassionally read nonfiction such as an interesting biography or historical account. I really love to read and will read just about anything.

I picked fiction since its what I read most. I love decorating books too, guess that would be instructional. Also, have several nonfiction on my reading list which include biographies & "self-help" (frugal, green living & organizing type books). Its so easy to find all sorts of subjects I want to read about!

I read educational Christian books, frugal living books, organizing books and health books. I am very picky about what I read.

I chose non-fiction, although I pretty much read everything. I just finished my 63rd book for this year, of those 13 were fiction. My current favorites seem to be non-fiction about history or politics.
So many books, so little time...

Oops, I forgot to put my preference down. I read mostly non-fiction educational books, frugal living books, decorating books, self help books....

I really like fictional historic books, like The Clan of the Cave Bear, Kent Family Chronicles, that have a historical theme but written in story form.

I love a mixed bad of things depending on my mood. I lean toward fiction and love crime dramas/mysteries especially. I do throw in some horror, romance and my new fave, fantasy. Also enjoy reading about real people & nature. I love adventures of all kinds.
Just take me to someplace interesting with wonderful characters & I'm a happy camper.
I don't like in your face journalism, religion or controversy. Reading is relaxing time for me.~*Darlene*~

I marked "other" because I read just about everything. I loved Darlene's comment, "Just take me to someplace interesting with wonderful characters & I'm a happy camper." Mysteries are my favorite type of book, but I read a lot of nonfiction (gardening, cookbooks, homeschooling, frugality, & whatever else looks interesting), & a bit of historical fiction & religious books. Then there are the kids' books that I read to or preview for my kids. We do our part to keep the local librarians busy
