best books
My favorite books are Genius By Patrick Dennis and also his A Joyous Season and Auntie Mame. My all time favorite author but you have to have the right sense of humor to enjoy them.
Today I read (of all things lol) Dean Kootz The Husband.
It was not his usual freaky stuff but a modern non fantasy THRILL OF A RIDE!

My Mom just read "The Husband" and after my dad reads it, I will finally get ahold of it! I've heard great things about it and I am a big Koontz fan!
I love so many books I wouldn't know where to start! lol
My favorite genre at the moment is historical fiction.
My fav books from last year were the Josephine B trilogy and Katherine by Anya Seton.

~I'll be super predictable and dull and admit that "Jane Eyre" is my favorite book, followed closely by any and all books written by Jane Austen. I have them all and re-read them every year.~

Wow I have soooo soooo many favorite books I am going to have to fight to keep this short. For fiction books I think my all time favorite would have to be The Secret garden. Or The Harry Potter Books. Or the Wild Swan series by Celeste DeBlais (or any of her books really). Or North and South by John Jakes. Or anything by Julia Quinn or Stephanie Laurens. Lol my favorite fiction book really totally depends on my mood of the moment. As for non-fiction that ones really tough because there are sooo soooo many too! But if I HAD to narrow it down I would say The Diary of Anne Frank, anything written or pulished by Reminisce magazine
. I also love to read anything written by Holocaust Survivors When it comes to non-fiction I have favorite periods more so than favorite titles. But those are definately 2 I read alot about, The Holocaust, and The great Depression. And womens studies, appalachian life, victorian era....heck I could go on and on about books and reading. I could live my life without many things, but books are NOT one of them.
