Here's the link to that story on the glenn beck show. He interviewed a man who works with a group of people in the Department of Homeland Security.

That is the scariest thing I have read in a very long time.

I have had the feeling for a while, since Beslan, that an attack like that could happen in the US. I don't think it will matter who is President or what our border policy is or what our policies in the middle east become. What I want to know is what is the plan to minimize casualties, damage, and to contain the justified rage that people will have. I will not condon, endorse, or participate in any activity that includes committing violence against Muslims just because they are Muslims. However, I do think we need to take a hard look at who we are letting in and making sure that no one is over staying their visa. I also think we need to seal the borders, I don't know that that would make us safer, but an open border sends the wrong message.

I don't know what else to say. I am still horrified that 9/11 happened. Beslan was worse for me in a way though. I thought everytime I saw those children that it could have been my child, because I know that groups like Al Queda would love to pull something like that off in the US. I can understand the horrors that they went through and I never want to see anything like that again. Even though it happened in a foriegn country and the casualty count was much lower than 9/11 I feel that it was a tragedy of massive proportions.

OMG. Now I'm nervous. I think that we definitely need a plan.

I can't even put into words how scarey the thought of that is to me.
