Default I am reading this book, and it is a shocker...

It's called Skinny Bi*** and it's about eating healthy.

I've always thought I ate unhealthy, but I had no idea. It may go a little further than I want to go with my diet changes, but it is a good wake up call for me.

Well, I quit caffine and smoking today because of reading this book. (I have been planning to quit smoking for a while, but the caffine thing was not what I intended!)

I probably will quit eating meat after reading this book as well. I love meat, but what is in it sound scarey. Maybe I can find someone that raises their own cows? *sigh*

I will also remember the day I quit...."Remember, Remember, the Fifth of November..." (V for Vendetta)

Ohhh goodness, if it REALLY tells what's in the store bought beef then yeppers, scary isn't it? We raise our own, we vaccinate and deworm, no hormones, no additional chemicals and we feed grass, grass hay and ground corn/cob mix and occasionally beet pulp. That and a good salt trace mineral block is what they need

    Same with our chickens!
