I have become a Law & Order fan in the past few weeks. DH and I (he is hooked as badly as I am!) have been taping all the ones on TNT and watching them. I really enjoy a show that doesn't talk down to you and is intelligent. Also, let's not forget Sam Waterston! This is my kind of man--sharp, witty, handsome, and, above all, professional. He works with a young, attractive assiant, and makes NO effort to bed her. What is this world coming to--a man of integrity??

I really like the the repartee and spend a good portion of the show wating for Lenny's next New Yorkism. How do you guys feel about this show?

I have loved it from the first episode, back when Michael Noth was on. I sure miss Logan!
My fave lawyer was Claire. Next is Jamie Ross. I agre Sam Waterson who (whom?) I had never heard of before is great!
The da, Adam Schiff reminds dh and I of his father. Very wise.

I love the show, but I have to say that it's an inside thing on the show, but Sam Waterston's character has had an affair with everyone of his female assistances except for the newest one. Sorry but he's a typical male

Love the show!! watch it every chance I get, dh isn't crazy about it so I miss out on some of them.

How did ya'll like last nights episode? I missed the first few minutes, but I liked what i saw. I am still not sure of Lenny's partner. He did seem a bit tougher last night but generally I find him...toooo soft??? I can't place it, he seems more like a psychologist than a cop, kwim?
I remember now a reference once to Sam Waterson's affairs. Maybe twice, Jamie Ross asked him about it, accused him of sleeping with 3 of his 4 female assistants and he replies something like, yeah, I even married one of them! Then i think it came out vaguely that he and Jamie had a go of it. It was just a small blurb during his trial for malpractice or something.

I missed the season premiere, darn it! I LOVED Lenny as a "hit man"! He was perfect! I remember seeing the episode you were talking about (him sleeping with his assistants). I only saw it AFTER I had posted this. DH summed it up perfectly; these people are REAL--they have problems and aren't perfect.

BTW, did you guys see the multi part one on Monday about the Russian Mafia? WOW--great job!

I've just started watching Law & Order reruns (and sometimes the new ones when I remember that they're on). I'm hooked. I don't know why I never watched it before

I love Law and Order SVU. The repeats are on here every day and then on Sunday afternoon they re-run all the programs that were on during the week - one after the other.
