Favorite Thriller/Suspenseful movies......

I just read the thread of "What Characters Scare you the Most?" and it got me thinking of movies I have seen. I LOVE watching thriller, suspenseful movies - not the blood and guts type anymore....just a storyline that keeps you glued to the movie with some heart-pounding suspense in it. A couple of my favorites have been the original Stepford Wives (way back when I watched it that was REALLY scary) and a movie called Along Came a Spider. The Along Came a Spider DVD cover says it right "A finely tuned diabolical thriller that'll keep you guessing."

What movies have you seen that that goes along this line?

I love The Usual Suspects. Now there's a movie with all kinds of twists and turns.

Definitely the original "Stepford Wives", and all of the old Hitchcock stuff...Rear Window, Vertigo, Double Indemnity. "The Birds", not so much.

I like Thrillers with a Sic-fic edge to it Like Alien and Life Pod.

Hiya,

My all time favorite Thrill/Suspenseful is "Silent Fall" with Richard Dreyfuss and Liv Tyler... I remeber seeing it when I was younger, and I would always talk about it when I saw a movie like it.

After much consideration I would have to say the Sixth Sense, but Single White Female is up there too I really like Brigett Fonda, hmmm does Deloris Claborn count Ohhhh great I gave it too much thought.
