Yeah, that was totally unexpected. But I couldn't make out who was saying what in the previews for next week, even after replaying it on Tivo.

so, do you think it was Claire's funeral that Jack went to in the first episode or was it the end of last season's episode? how else would Kate have ended up with Aaron?

For some reason I thought that Kate had Sawyers baby and I thought she had called the baby Eric, I couldn't figure out why she would name her baby that and not after someone from the Island. I had trouble hearing what they were saying for next weeks preview as well.

I have goose bumps right about now!

I had also forgotten about the funeral.

I'm thinking that the funeral he went to was Ben's. Don't ask why...it's just my gut feeling.

I don't think Claire made if off the island, for one reason or another and asked Kate to take Aaron with her.

Funny, bee...my dh thought she said Eric too.

But Ben is alive & off the island too. They showed him sewing up Sayid after the woman in the hotel shot him. He's using Sayid as some sort of hit man.

Don't forget, Claire is Jack's half-sister.

I guessed when Kate said to her lawyer to keep her son out of it that it was actually Aaron she was talking about. Especially with the whole Claire/Aaron/Kate storyline they had going on with the island part of the story. But if Aaron is with Kate, then what happened to Claire

I want to know who the sixth 'Oceanic 6' survivor is. They've shown Jack, Kate, Hurley, Sayid, and Aaron (unless he doesn't count because he was born after the crash...but I think he does). I don't think it's Ben because Ben wasn't on the plane. Unless he assumes one of the passenger's identities...

I want to know what is up with the geeky bearded young guy from the boat and why his memory is so bad that he has to "practice" with Charlotte & playing cards...and can only remember 2 of 3 cards and that's progress? Progress over what?

I can't WAIT for next week!!!!

Ah yes...I fell alseep and didn't see last weeks episode, but dh filled me in, but I must have forgotten about Ben.

I think that it was Ben's funeral. Perhaps Sayid's flashforward was before the funeral that we witnessed. I don't think that anything they are showing is in order these days.

My DH thinks that Charlie is a survivor. We saw him in Hurley's flashforward and Hurley could feel Charlie slapping him. I don't know about this one. . .

What about the statement in Jack's testimony that only 8 people survived the crash? And if there is only an Oceanic 6, what happened to the other 2?

I think that something must have happened to Claire, for Aaron to be with Kate. Thanks for reminding me about Jack and Claire being half brother/sister. I started thinking that the baby was Jack's since he didn't want to see it, but now I know that Aaron is his nephew. I guess he must have figured this out by now.
I can't wait for this show to be over. I want to know the whole story. But, even after it's over my DH and I have decided to watch all seasons in order to pick up clues that we missed.

I don't believe anything Hurley "sees". He also had an imaginary friend while he was in the psych ward before the crash...saw him on the island too..running around in his robe and slippers carrying a coconut

He said 8 survived the crash, 2 later died from their injuries.
