Anyone watch "Lipstick Jungle"?
I'm not proud to admit it, but I love this show. I get sooo excited for Thursday nights. It's smut, but I love it.

~I am sooooooo with you! It's my guilty treat! We made fun of the previews so much because I absolutely HATE Sex & the City but this show is great! It's warm and smart and I love all the actors. A character in fashion is a REAL plus as well. I really wish they'd downplay the "affair" angle in the promos because I think it's unfair to the other 2 storylines. And I wish they'd stop drinking and referencing drinking so much. I counted almost 10 references to or scenes with drinking. Are they trying to say Sucess = So stressed I have to drink? But yeah, I'm definately a fan of the show and I hope they renew it.~

That's so funny that you mentioned that about the drinking--I never even noticed it, but now that I think back to last night's episode--there WAS a lot of drinking.
So what do you think is going to happen next week with Nico's husband? Is he going to live and she'll have a change of heart or die? By the way, I think he's having an affair with that young little student of his.
Also, I hate Joe (Victory's b.f.)--I think he's such a boring character (and an unbelievable one at that).Mom to two crazy boys

I love this show.. I haven't watched the last two episodes (recorded on DVR), and I can't believe that next week is the season finale... Hopefully they will be back next season with a full season of episodes... LOVE the show.

~There are alot of unbelievable things going on in the show so I can't even begin to comment on Joe's character. His cuteness is enough for me for now(remember him from Pretty in Pink?). It actually seems out of character for Nico not to have divorced her husband already. She's so astute and focused so it seems to me that she would have been straight with her husband and ended her marriage. What is she so afraid of? I think her husband's girlfriend is going to show up at the hospital. I mean, nothing makes your affair more justified then if your husband is already having an affair with one of his young students, lol. Ahhhhh, drama!~

~I haven't heard anything yet about more episodes. I've been reading a bit at the message boards at http://www.nbc.com/Lipstick_Jungle/ . I guess we can keep checking back until someone knows something.~
