I am a teacher and I hate to say it, but a lot of parents out there are SCARY with their bull-headed "it's not my kid's fault or mine" attitudes. This is the result. Maybe we will start changing our perceptions of family and parenting as a culture and improve.

I hope they receive prison or jail time- in an adult facility. Hey inmates- fresh young meat is on the way. Let the punishment fit the crime.
