Any HGTV Addicts?

I am a certified addict of this network. Other than Jeopardy, this is the ONLY channel I ever put on the TV when I am the only one in the room. I especially love "Design on a Dime" and "Mission Organization". Anyone else?

ColorSplash, Mission Organization, Design on a Dime, love love love them.

I love Divine Design too, but OMG, can you imagine how much that high end stuff costs??????? Makes me hyperventilate just thinking about it.

Mission: Organization is my FAVORITE!!! Although lately, we've been watching a lot of designed to sell and my house is worth what?.

I am a big HGTV fan. My favorite shows are House Hunters, Property Virgins and Hidden Potential. My House is Worth What? is also one that I was quite a bit too. If I don't have to watch Dora or some other Nick Jr. show, then it's on HGTV.

Love HGTV, it's about the only channel I flip to when I get a chance to watch TV.

Love House Hunters, I like looking at houses and am always amazed at the price of the homes and then the money they spend to "fix it up." Crazy.....

I think I like Design on a Dime because it gives me hope that we, too can achieve something like that. I mean the other day they were shopping using coupons!!!

My favorites are Designed to Sell, Design on a Dime, and Decorating Cents. All with a frugal theme!

ADDICTED?? Me too, me too. Love HGTV - only thing I watch by myself (except TLC - Clean House). (Can you believe those people let their homes be televised????)
I love Decorating Cents (even though they are all reruns), and Design on a Dime. They are the frugal shows.

Yep! My favorite is "Decorating Cents," with Joan Steffend. I love the "no cost decorating" segment--where they rearrange a person's room using pieces they already own. It always looks amazing when they are finished!!!!!!

House Hunters and Decorating Cents... I use to really like Design on a Dime but now it seems they are not showing as much of what they do as they use to. I know they are corny but I like Room by Room and they use to have a show on about Crafters across the United States ... I cannot remember what it was called but I enjoyed it.

Hubby and I watch House Hunters and Designed to Sell almost every night. That is about the extent of my TV watching, period.

Hubby also likes Carter Oosterhouse (sp??), and the one where they show a couple 3 potential houses and use a computer to show the potential. Can't think of the name......

We find ourselves being just like the ads on HGTV: "Take #2! What? I can't believe they chose #1!"

And hubby once even said, "I thought they were brothers!" How funny to see that appear in an ad!

Forgot to mention that we went to a home show last year and got to meet Matt and Sherri from Room by Room. We talked with them a while and told them how much we missed their show. Matt said that they were canceled because HGTV thought they were getting too old to appeal to viewers and Sherri said that she would not wear the lower cut blouses/shirts. They were really great to just have a casual conversation with.

I really liked Matt and Sherri on Room by Room... I found their projects relatively simple and could follow along with them.
