We went to NY this past weekend, but stayed with relatives and mostly ate meals with them. Our big costs were gas
and 3 meals out. Didn't do too bad.
A/C was on 76 all weekend
Breakfast, lunch and dinner from the pantry
Turning off computer before I go to work
organized my coupons during the 5 hour car ride...
replaced some kitchen tools cheaply at a flea market (kitchen shears, wire whip, egg slicer, new sharp knives
)

Let's see.... this is standard at our house:
-- home all day (no 2nd car for me to use)
-- AC set at 80F (it's already 87 out and expected to climb another 10 degrees)
-- leftovers for lunch (husband brown bagged)
-- TV off.... for now -- I might watch 1 hour later
Will be entertaining myself with craft projects from my stash, and possibly writing checks for bills after I do the menu plan for the week.
