I called the local gym today

so i called my local gym today, and the membership if i sign up for 9-12 months is 35 a month, monthly is 45 and just to go and not join is 5 each trip after 10 though you get a free one. So tomorrow i am taking the 5 and going, i can't wait, i also asked about slow times when no one else is there and she gave me several times when it is either empty or close to it. so that is neat. Wish me luck.
Someone tell me this is a good thing, I know it is getting warmer and i could walk and save me money, but i need something right.

Joining a gym is a great motivator, I am so glad I did....You go girlfriend with your bad self! We can cheer each other on... My favorite cardio machine is the elliptical trainer...and I went to my first step class (at this gym) on Saturday and it was intimidating at first until I realized I wasn't the only one who didn't know what they were doing! Give yourself a huge pat on the back for getting the nerve to join!!!!

YAY WTG!!!You'll also find that you'll make friends there and will help support you.The eliptical trainer is awesome.I had one(sold it at a yard sale,dumb dumb dumb me)Its better than a tredmill.

Okay so i went spent 15 minutes on the treadmill some time on the stair climber and then there was a wierd machine that is kinda like a standing bike thing, OH MY GOD thought I was going to die when I was done. But it did work i am so tired. LOL but i am going back.

I can't beleive how bad i feel! LOL my legs hurt so bad, my hips are killing me, why did i think i could do that??? what is wrong with my head, Hey did i tell you that they have a ball class, I wan't to do that so bad, it started a half hour ago. LOL guess i am not going tonight.

We used to belong to a gym....that is why I stayed so skinny for a long time. Then we quit going and boom...the pounds came on!

Lori, these are all people from here and town and i go when there is no one else there. I will never ever like them as much as I love you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
