Here it is Monday already. Today is the day I have chosen to step up on the scale to monitor my progress. I haven't done measurements this week yet. Last week I had lost inches too...not much, but some.
I have lost another 4 pounds.
Total to date is 10 pounds!!!
I am really excited and proud of myself for sticking with my plan. I know I can do it.
So how is everyone else doing?

This is my first time to report my weigh in here. I think I'll join you every Monday-if you guys don't mind. Today is my first day back on track. I'm doing Weight Watchers. And, today I weighed in at 158 lbs.

2009 Goals
Use the vegetables from my garden and learn to preserve.
Cut down on all unnecessary things.
Free is best.
Get the garage completely cleaned out.
Make the yards nice-weed, mow, plant, flowerbeds,etc.
Get a job.
Stay home more/eat out less if at all.
Michelle--how much cardio are you doing right now? I'm trying to get in 30 minutes a day--I'd be happy with 5 days a week. I know I have the time, just have to make myself do it!!!
