Breakfast: 1 bowl of strawberry honey bunches of oats cereal, soymilk, raisins
Snack : gerber grads veggie crackers
snack 2: Peanut butter and jelly on a whole grain slice of bread
Lunch : Homemade Banana bread (two slices, one with margarine) 1 bowl of cereal, soymilk
Dinner: 1 corn dog, Tator Tots (maybe 15?) mustard and ketchup..popsicle for dessert ...couple bites of banana bread..about half a can of coke (friday is my cheat day)
Late night snack: whole grain bread with p.b. and applesauce
Lots of water throughout the day..
I also did about 50 min. of step aerobics and 10 min. of lifting weights..but I really hurt my elbow !

I dont' know how it happend but after I was done, it felt really weird (popped the elbow or something..it's still sore)
but man I sooo need to go to the produce store! I've been needing to go for about 3 days!
