I did pretty good. Did have a couple of oreos last night, oh well. And went out to Mickey D's for dinner one night. I had a Hamburger (would usually have a cheese burger), sm fry and a diet coke.
Just plugging along, trying to change my eating style to eating more healthy.
Did not exercise at all this week....

Really NEED to buckle down and just do it!!
