    Default mesh screens for dehydrators

    my ex boss gave me some stainless fine mesh soooo i made screens for all my dehydrators.its heat resistant and fine enough to be able to make fruit leather with it

    Stainless steel? What did you cut it with? My fruit leather trays are made of plastic and warp like crazy, plus take forever to dry on the bottom. Did you have any trouble with sticking, or stuff getting stuck in the holes?

    food safe and i just cut the circles with hand shears for metal used it last night to dry bagged whole kernel corn got up this morning and the corn was dried perfect and no sticking going to do apples today can't wait to try my new apple peeler will make all the slices alike.going to do a peck

    as soon as i can ill take some pic of the screens-if you have access to a mc master catalog you can order the fine stainless steel screen they have all kinds-i wash mine after each use no matter what -everything just slides off- im glad he gave me the screen
    its better to have and not need than need and not have
