It's been a life time goal of mine to learn how to make everything that effects me directly myself. I try to do it as naturally as possible, household supplies, toiletries, cosmetics, etc. Lately I've been working on the cosmetic aspect of that goal and I feel like I've run into a wall. I love using eyeliner on my waterline, i think it looks beautiful matched with the right eyeshadow and what have you. I've been looking all over the web and can't seem to get a straight and clear answer concerning natural homemade waterline safe eyeliner. I was thinking of maybe trying using black mica powder mixed with a little bit of water and gently using an angled brush to apply it along my waterline. Any suggestions?
