Any suggestions for a DIY indoor hanging planter?
I'd like to make a hanging planter for my ivy and spider plants. Can anyone give me some suggestions? I may give macrame a go, but the supplies are expensive here, and I'm not sure I want to make that investment in something that has a high probability of failure. Of course easy macrame tutorials are welcome

what ive done is buy the hanging pots @ dollar store remove the hanger part- take some twine and wrap around the underneath of the lip of the pot using something like popcicle sticks as markers to keep the gaps spaced even, then make the hanger part as long as you like and pull through the gaps and knot off at the top where it goes on the hook. lasted many years.
