Mixes?
I read in another thread here that someone here made "master mixes" for baking. What on earth is a master mix for baking? Could you give me any recieps so that I know how to do if I am missing a major part here, please?
(Forgive me if my question is stupid, I live in a total other country...)

It's a homemade version of a baking mix called Bisquick that is the base for many recipes from pancakes to main coarse "impossible " pies. Great thing to have in your pantry. Glad you asked & don't feel silly.
