    Default menu plan 4/25 - 5/2

Too many of our meals have been last-minute lately. That means we either pick up something premade or we eat unhealthy foods.

So, in the spirit of health + frugality, here's my plan for the week:

    Monday: pesto pasta? salad
Tuesday: sandwiches (we take a class and are allowed to bring our supper)
    Wednesday: roast chicken, salad, potatoes
    Thursday: pierogis, salad
    Friday: tilapia, rice, salad
    Saturday: corned beef
    Sunday: Swiss steak

Monday - leftovers (and we did...yeah for us)
    Tuesday - chicken casserole
Wednesday - leftover london broil sandwiches
    Thursday - Shrimp
Friday - Freezer Free For All...the boys can have things like Hot Pockets (which would normally not be dinner) because DS has a bday party and DH and I have to shop for DS's bday. I'll probably have grilled cheese.
    Saturday - Shrimp
    Sunday - Roast turkey
